I will be working the EST booth at the 2010 Arnold so make sure you come by and visit!!!! This year is going to be awesome and I hope to be working with them on a permanent basis so I look forward to the year ahead!!! If you guys can make it out to Ohio do it it’s such a great experience and there is so much to see and do!! Hope everybody has a wonderful weekend!!

I’m counting down the days till the CLASSIC.I’ve been saying for years that i was going to make it someday out to Ohio, but never have. Well this is the year and it has been giving me some motivation to hit it in the gym. I have to give you guys alot of credit, because getting your body fat down to level where you are is not easy.
