Hey everyone well this week I am spending playing a little catch up with everything but still training hard for Nats!! I had such a great time in Vegas at the Olympia, it was a great weekend, the expo was awesome!!! I also had a couple of amazing shoots and I am soo excited to see the outcome!! I will post pictures as soon as I start to get some of them!
I am training hard for Nationals that is coming up in about 3 weeks in Atlanta. I am so excited for this show, I really appreciate everybody’s support through all of this, everyone has been so great!!

It has been a great weekend so far :-) Day 1 of the Olympia was yesterday and it happens that my sponsor’s booth is right near the stage so I also got to watch the initial pre-judging of a lot of the contests and it was great!!
I had an amazing shoot Thursday night and yesterday’s expo went great, I did a little mini-signing at the Vitamin Shoppe :-)
Today is the 2nd day of the expo and then I have a photo shoot with Sarah Lyons of Picturegroove Photography so I’m very excited for that as well!!
I have still been maintaining my workout scheduled, morning and night prepping for my show in about 3 weeks now!

Hey everybody well I made it lol!! After a LONG LONG day of traveling that started about 4:30 a.m. for me, wake up, get ready, have my first meal…the first leg of my trip was a long almost 6 hours to Phoenix with an extremely turbulent ride. I’m not sure if it was all the storms out there but that was one of the bumpiest flights I have ever had!!!
The second leg of my trip was from Phoenix to Vegas with a 2 hour layover that turned into 4 hours. Southwest must have delayed about oh I would say 10 flights that I could see looking at the board for about 5 minutes so I know there was more! But after a quick hour flight to Vegas I made it. We then had to you guessed it wait to go to the gate, they weren’t ready for us yet lol…
I made it to my hotel after waiting for luggage and ride etc about 5 p.m. which would be 8 p.m. back at home so I was already up technically a good 15 1/2 hours….but I”m here!!!!
I am settled in, got my fridge in my room, situated my food, unpacked and now ready for a late night training session, as some of you know I am training for my show in a few weeks so the strict diet and training can’t stop just because I’m away :-)
I hope everybody has a wonderful night and I will be blogging on here throughout the Olympia weekend with updates, pics, etc.

Hope you all are having a great week so far!! I can’t believe the Olympia weekend is coming up so fast, next week already :) I will be working my sponsor’s booth, the EST Nutrition booth at the expo both days as well as shooting.
I am very excited to be shooting with a couple of amazing photographers. One of the shoots is for a specific publication which I am very excited about but can’t say who it’s for just yet ;-)
I will also be hopefully be posting a few more pics soon from my shoot with Andrew Nicholson a couple of weeks ago.
