Hey everybody I hope your week is going great!!! During my most recent travels I came across this product and wanted to share it with you guys :) I was in a rush and needed something quick and found this at a store at the airport. It’s Protein to Go and I had the French Vanilla Latte flavor. Now its small and it packs 28 g of protein, no sugars, carbs and has caffeine!!! So obviously if you are avoiding caffeine this isn’t the flavor for you but they do carry others without the jolt!!

I was pleasantly surprised not only with the great taste but the amount of protein (whey and casein blend) in the small little shot size bottle and the fact it used sucralose and had no sugars or carbs and for me the caffeine was the clincher!!
It’s definitely worth visiting the site and seeing the products and trying one out, I’m really glad I did!!!

Once again, I feel like I am alway repeating myself I have another amazing one from Wendi. This style is different and thats why I love it!!! As I have said over and over again before, Wendi of Satio Photography is unbelievable!!! I just received pics from our latest shoot and this by far has to be one of, if not, my most favorite pic yet!! She has a way of capturing me, there is so much behind this picture and I am so happy with this and proud to call her my close friend!!! It’s such a privilege to have somebody that special in my life and not only as my friend but she just so happens to be one of the absolute best in the industry!!! Love you Wendi <3 <3 <3

When I tell you Wendi has this unbelievable talent for capturing me in a way no one else can I mean it!!! I mean the creativeness of this woman is utterly amazing!!! I love this pic and hope it makes it way into the gaming world somehow!! Anybody that wants to share it or pass it along to anybody that could help with this let me know!!
