Hey everybody I hope your week is going great!!! During my most recent travels I came across this product and wanted to share it with you guys :) I was in a rush and needed something quick and found this at a store at the airport. It’s Protein to Go and I had the French Vanilla Latte flavor. Now its small and it packs 28 g of protein, no sugars, carbs and has caffeine!!! So obviously if you are avoiding caffeine this isn’t the flavor for you but they do carry others without the jolt!!

I was pleasantly surprised not only with the great taste but the amount of protein (whey and casein blend) in the small little shot size bottle and the fact it used sucralose and had no sugars or carbs and for me the caffeine was the clincher!!
It’s definitely worth visiting the site and seeing the products and trying one out, I’m really glad I did!!!
