I hope everybody is having a great night! I haven’t been on here to update you all on everything going on! First off I absolutely have my photos and posters off to the person and just waiting on that so I promise promise as soon as I can I will have those on here for sale!!

I have posted some new photos from Nicholson Studios from the Arnold and there will also be more to come so check on my galleries page for a few new ones!

Lastly I am very excited for my upcoming project and work with Forca Clothing.  This is going to be a HUGE business venture that I can’t wait for!!! There will be clothing, videos, training and nutrition.  As the weeks progress I will be posting more and more on what to expect, what to look for and what is to come!! In the meantime check out the urban Forca clothing line and website to see what they are all about and look for the new Strength in Beauty Line that I will be a part of!!!

Hey everyone! I am just now getting situated from being back from the Arnold on Sunday :) I wanted to post a few pics from it and also let everyone know that I should have pics and posters up for sale on my site within a month! Sorry sorry..I know it is taking soo long but it will be done!!

I am also making plans once again to head to FL in a few weeks to work with a new company that I am soo excited to be working for. I will post more details as it comes closer :)

At the same time that all of this is going on I have decided to compete again and have started working with someone completely new, something I have never done before, and I am really really excited to see what kind of shape I get in. I am doing this 1000% just for myself as there are so many positive things going on with me right now, this is just something to see what happens BUT regardless I know I will be thrilled with the outcome!!

Hi everyone!!! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend and are enjoying this Sunday night :) I have finally chosen the five pictures that will be available for sale as autographed (optional) 8×10′s as well as the two posters that I have chosen (autograph also available).  They should be on the site and available for sale within the next week, week and a half.  I have another surprise but have to wait a little while longer before I can post it but I think you all will be very excited with it!! :)) I know I am!!
It’s now crunch time with me for the Arnold. I am not competing but will be working the expo for Iron Asylum and also have shoots scheduled that I am very excited for!! I will be shooting for and with some amazing people :))

Hey everyone! I know it has been a long time coming lol but I will finally be getting some pictures back on my site for sale as well as a couple of posters :) Right now I am in the process of choosing about 5 pics for sale and 2 pics that will be available for posters.

I have another surprise in the works as well but can’t mention any more about it yet :)) but I am sooo siked for it!!! I think you all will be too!!

Hey all!! My site is finally back up!! I’m sorry about the delay!! We were having some serious issues with the host of my domain but all is good now!! Hey everyone :) I hope that you are all enjoying the holiday season!! I can’t believe Thanksgiving has come and gone and Christmas is right around the corner!! Time is flying sooooo fast it’s insane!!

The next month or so will be nice for me..I will be able to see my  family again for the holidays down in Tennessee and be able to spend my parent’s first Christmas in their new home which is absolutely beautiful!!  Then once the New Year approaches I am back to shooting like a crazy woman but I love it!! I have some things in the works right now that I will be excited to announce when I can :) and so far have about 3-4 trips planned for the beginning months of 2013!

We all make New Year’s resolutions but I have begun mine early this time :) I am really going to try to enjoy every day more and more, take it all in, breath, appreciate the little things…appreciate everything and be and stay POSITIVE!! I tend to sometimes be so focused or busy and rushed that I forget to just slow down a bit and always be grateful and thankful for what I do have.  We all have a tendency (I am no exception) to always want more in life, wish for me, work for more…sometimes you have to just step back and say STOP…love what you have, who you are, what you have become…

Also do not let ANYONE make you feel that your accomplishments or your goals are any less important than theirs…don’t compare your life to anybody else’s because you honestly never know how that person is actually living….and more importantly just be concerned with you, make you happy, be proud of yourself and LOVE yourself….all the rest will fall into place..

Hey everyone, I hope you are having an amazing start to your week. I got home from Nationals and Atlanta late last night.  As some of you know it did not go well, not even close to what was planned lol…I got third callout which was the WORST placing I have ever had in a show in my history of competing.  I went from third place last year to third call out lol…

It’s all a matter of what they want, when they want it and how they want to do it…it is completely out of my control and that is what you accept when you decide to compete.  You can place amazing at a  show before (for example my 4th place finish in July of this year at Team U) and then next thing you know you’re waiting at the end of the line on stage to even get called at all….

Competing was something I chose to do because I wanted to…it made no impact whatsoever on my modeling career nor with sponsors so I guess I can be very lucky that my name and my career has been built on something that I do have complete control over.  Will I do it again? I have noooo idea…I have no plans to one way or the other.  My focus is on what is making me successful and that is my fitness modeling and working with sponsors and working with companies that being a “Pro” doesn’t come into play at all.

I have a large following, a wonderful support system through you all. I have been in amazing magazines with more to come in the next few months.  I work with some amazing companies and sponsors so the competing will now be something of the past…unless I decide next year to give it another shot but strictly because I want to be on stage again with no intentions of any set outcome.

I will still be at the shows, working for my sponsors, working booths, doing photoshoots for different photographers and magazines… but as far as getting on stage to try to get that pro card…I have no idea if it will ever happen again.  I love the sport, love watching and will always feel that way.  I am just not sure it’s for me anymore and if their are any overall benefits that are greater than what I already have going on and continue to accomplish with or without the pro card.

I just wanted to thank EVERYONE who has supported me and helped me and just been there for me…I have some very AMAZING individuals in my life and I am so blessed and grateful for them…you all know EXACTLY who you are :))

I have to say that this is one of the magazines that I have wanted to appear in for quite some time in my modeling career and it feels so amazing that I have now accomplished this!! I have recently signed on with a new supplement company, Americell, I was very excited to receive the offer for a contract while away in Pittsburgh!

Next up I will be heading to Iowa with Americell, somewhere I have yet to visit lol  :) so I am excited to work for my new team!

The following week I will be heading to Vegas for the Olympia!! I am so excited for it this year! I will be working the Iron Asylum booth for Jerry Beck, a very close and great friend of mine for a long time :) I will also be shooting like a mad woman and loving it! I have three scheduled for my first full day there followed by I think one more the next day after the expo :)

After the Olympia I will be heading to Texas in October again with my new team!!

I will keep everyone posted on all my new adventures and look for products and blogs with my newest sponsor to come!!!

Hi all!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far!!! I just got my advanced copy of the September issue of Planet Muscle magazine and I’m featured on page 116!! The issue comes out next weekend, Labor Day Weekend!! I am very excited and so thankful to Jason Ellis for the amazing photo :)) I hope you all can go out and pick it up next weekend while enjoying the wonderful holiday!!! I have posted it here as well as my publications gallery :)

I will also be featured in the November issue of Muscle and Fitness which will hit shelves mi to late October! I am so THRILLED about that one as well, I have a 3 page spread and that is one magazine that I have wanted to be in for a long time coming!!

Hey everyone I hope your week was a great one!! I am going to be updating my photo galleries with a few new pictures so be sure to check them out tomorrow!

As for what is coming up I am getting very excited! I recently shot with Jason Ellis in Ca and we got some amazing photos!! I will keep you updated but the word is cover, inside layout and possibly look for myself and the new male model I shot with coming soon! I am super excited!!

As far as what’s coming up next, it looks like another show for me in about 4 weeks or so..I will keep you posted on the details :) next is the Olympia where I will be working the Iron Asylum booth and doing a number of shoots while there. I am super excited for that!!!

I am also in the midst of taking on another venture in my career, sort of outside the box and my industry but it will open a whole other opportunity for me and just make everything that much better all around!

I hope everybody had a great weekend!! I am excited for the next couple of months.  I have a lot of exciting things coming up and can’t wait to share the pics from all of them! I will be competing in 5 weeks at the Team Universe in New Jersey.  I will then be shooting with Andrew Nicholson again the day after my show.  From there about two weeks later I will be heading to Cali to do a number of shoots with some great photographers that I LOVE working with!!!

I can’t wait for the next 5 weeks to come and get started on everything planned!! I will keep everybody posted and also be shooting a lot more video from my shoots that I will be posting as well!

As I have said over and over again before, Wendi of Satio Photography is unbelievable!!! I just received pics from our latest shoot and this by far has to be one of, if not, my most favorite pic yet!!
